Terms of Trade
These terms govern business-to-business quotations and orders placed with Triyara Exports LLP. Specific commercial terms for each order are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice, which take precedence where they differ.

1. Scope
Triyara Exports LLP operates as a merchant exporter and sourcing partner supplying agricultural and food products to businesses worldwide. We trade business-to-business; we do not sell to individual consumers.
2. Quotations
Quotations are provided based on the specification, quantity, packaging and destination you supply. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to confirmation at order, as commodity prices and freight rates fluctuate.
3. Orders & samples
Orders are confirmed by a proforma invoice and your written acceptance. Paid samples may be drawn against your written specification before a production order. The approved sample and specification define the quality standard for the order.
4. Incoterms & responsibilities
We commonly trade on FOB, CIF and CFR (Incoterms 2020); other terms are available on request. The agreed Incoterm in your quotation defines the point at which cost and risk transfer between buyer and seller.
5. Payment
For new relationships we typically work with an advance payment or an irrevocable Letter of Credit. Exact payment terms are stated in your quotation and proforma invoice and must be met for production and dispatch to proceed.
6. Quality & inspection
Every consignment undergoes pre-shipment inspection against the approved specification, with photo reports. Buyers may appoint their own or a third-party inspector (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at their cost. Acceptance of goods is governed by the agreed specification and inspection.
7. Documentation & compliance
We prepare the complete export document set for each shipment. Buyers are responsible for import permits, customs clearance and any regulatory requirements at the destination, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Our responsibility is limited to supplying goods that conform to the agreed specification, delivered per the agreed Incoterm. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, port congestion or carrier delays.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Specific dispute-resolution terms, where required, are set out in the order contract.
